Welcome to the Eagle Creek master planned community located in Lake Nona, FL. This excellent guard gated, golf course housing development offers a beyond bright and open feel quoted to be not closed in however more wide open on the course. What is really unique about this course is it uses hard bunkers which are mostly used in European courses. However, let me get back to why I invited you in! The stunning luxury houses! I mean seriously, there are unique builders located within this small slice of paradise. Houses so beautiful you just want to reach out and touch the tile roofs!
In no particular order (as they are all excellent depending on your needs) I will start with Toll Brothers. This luxury semi-custom home builder allows the most pickiest of buyer the upper hand, giving the buyer more flexibility and design options to truly make your dream home vision a reality.

Next let me dive in to Standard Pacific Homes. This builder currently offers 2 very different town house styles. One model is a rear facing garage style. Can't picture it? Think row house style meets won't you be my neighbor. The second model they have is a more standard style with your garage in the front, but don't think because you have seen one townhouse you have seen them all. This options offer several unique cost effective floor plans to choose from.

Last but certainly not least is Jones Homes. I recently had the opportunity to meet with the sales director who, took time out of her day to spend over 45 minutes with  me, all through everything this excellent builder has to offer despite the crummy raining weather. Jones is the developer of  the Eagle Creek community in general so this builder has what feels like endless housing styles and options. I can just picture you standing out enjoying a breezy fall afternoon watching the golfers ... fore! Not your style? No problem lets move on. Jones also offers a gorgeous townhouse bursting with "don't tease me" options included. They aim to please and hit the bulls-eye. They did not stop there though. This builder has single family homes that have that sell so well they do not have models to view and sell straight from photos and floor plans. Don't believe me? They already have several sold and under constriction. This is also a very special time frame as this builder for a limited time has some retail space available in the front town center area, allowing you to truly live and be able to walk to work! Cupcake shop anyone?

Eagle Creek offers many different amenities as stated above and it also has an excellent elementary school, golf pro shop, restaurant, snack shack, and a huge recreational center being built that will have a gym, pool and kids pool, and tennis courts. Some of the private areas within the master community also have their own private pools. This community is also zoned for Lake Nona middle and high school. Lake Nona high offers so many opportunities to your child including a health career academy which is a hands on exposure in the health care industry. I name this one as we are in the heart of medical city but this is just one of the many programs they have. Oh and did I mention these schools are across the street from the community! So much is close to this excellent location including the largest VA medical hospital in the nation! The UCF College of medicine and a branch of Valencia community college are also located close to this area. The expansion of what is already here and what is to come makes this area and excellent place to call home so once again let me welcome you.. this time home.
